APPLICATION AREAS
Cold-rolled deep-drawable grades are used in a wide range of industries, including:
- Durable household appliance manufacturing
- Visible and non-visible automotive parts
- White goods production
- Home and office furniture
- Heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- And many similar applications.
Extra deep-drawable sheets are preferred for parts requiring deep forming. These sheets are weldable and allow for easy chemical coating on the surface.
For parts requiring high formability and strength—especially in the automotive sector—low-carbon, micro-alloyed high-strength low-alloy (HSLA) steels are used, maintaining both strength and weldability.
Additionally, enamel-grade sheets suitable for single and double enamel coating are used in kitchen utensils (such as ovens and pots), which require deep drawing capability and preserve the properties of the food inside.
