Superior Features of Borusan Natural Gas Pipes

• Inner Burr Removal: Only Borusan natural gas pipes are fully deburred on the inside.
• Normalization Process: All Borusan gas pipes undergo normalization through SRM (Stress Relieving Machine) technology, which is exclusively available at Borusan.
• Testing Standards: Each pipe is tested twice using both ultrasonic and eddy current methods to ensure continuous quality.
• Delivery Marking: Borusan natural gas pipes are clearly marked with a stencil to indicate compliance with TS EN 10208-2 and the HN (Normalized) quality, a feature unique to Borusan.

Coating Features

• Standard Coating Color: Yellow (Also available in black, red, or white upon request)
• Standard Coating Material: LDPE (MDPE or HDPE available upon specification)
• Pipe ends are delivered with 100 mm left uncoated
• Yellow plastic end caps are applied as standard
• Triple-layer coating is applied
• Coating is done using the extrusion method
